Meatballs can be used in a variety of delectable dishes, but they can be made even better by stuffing them with cheese.

This recipe, from Le Creme De La Crumb, mixes seasoning, ground beef, bread crumbs, and eggs in a bowl. Then, mozzarella cheese is sliced and the meatball is formed around the cheese. After just one to three hours in the slow cooker, they’re ready and filled with melting cheese.

These meatballs can be eaten alone as an appetizer or paired with your favorite pasta noodle and sauce for a complete meal.
