Collin Raye, Mary Sarah headline Walcott Jamboree

If you’re going to the Walcott Truckers Jamboree at the I-80 Truck Stop in Iowa this July, you better be ready to rock.

Performing at the Jamboree, which is July 13-15, are:

Collin Raye, who had four country number one hits with “Love, Me” and “In This Life” (1992), “My Kind of Girl” (1994) and “I Can Still Feel You” (1998);

Mary Sarah, who appeared on Season 10 of NBC’s The Voice and has two albums to her credit;

Dani Lynn Howe, a local favorite who opens for Mary Sarah;

Tony Justice, the truck driver who has carved out a second career as a singer, opens for Raye.

The Jamboree also features the annual Super Truck Beauty Contest, an antique truck display, a pork chop cookout, more than 175 exhibits, fireworks, and Trucker Olympics. The Iowa 80 Trucking Museum this year celebrates the 100th birthday of its 1917 Velie.

Admission and parking for the event are free.
