Fagor’s portable induction cook top comes with glass top and stainless steel trim. The cooker has a temperature range from 190 degrees to 430 degrees, and uses energy more efficiently than other methods, the company says, which allows food to cook quicker and cheaper. The unit weighs seven pounds, and its dimensions are 12-in. by 14-in.
