Cooking product: Induction cooktop
October 27, 2010
| by: Truckers News Staff
The Avanti Induction Hotplate uses heat-transfer technology to cook with the provided skillet. Induction technology doesn’t heat the cooker’s burner, making it safer than traditional cooking methods in confined spaces. The cooker has two settings, warm and cook, and six temperature options ranging from 160 to 440. It uses less energy than standard hotplates and has automatic heat protection and an electronic display for temperature and power settings.
