Daily Health Tip: Adjust your internal clock

For people who work at night, sleeping during the day can be very difficult. Night shift workers can adjust their internal clock better by sleeping in a dark, quiet place where they are not exposed to daylight. If you are in your sleeper, do your best to cover windows and anything else that allows outside light in.
