Don’t be afraid to have a good laugh or shed a few tears. It is not good to hold things in, and showing your emotions doesn’t have to be bad thing. Holding them in, on the other hand, can lead to pent-up anger or anxiety causing extra stress that takes its toll on the mind and body.
