Daily health tip: Carry fruit with you
January 21, 2010

Fruits are generally high in vitamins, fiber and minerals, but low in calories and free of cholesterol. Snack on a banana rather than chips. Make a fruit salad with your favorite fruits to increase your daily fruit servings. Some fruits can be carried along without refrigeration, but if you have a fridge in your rig, your choices are even greater.
