Daily Health Tip: Consider how food is prepared

Salads and vegetables seem to be the food of choice when eating healthy, but be aware of how the food was prepared. If a salad has fried chicken on top or if the veggies were fried, they still are not your absolute best option. Go for grilled or roasted instead.
