Daily health tip: Eat more often

Believe it or not, eating more often helps with dieting. Conventional diet wisdom lately has suggested that eating more often during the day prevents blood sugar spikes and makes you feel full, even if you’re consuming fewer calories. Go for five or six eating sessions a day rather than the usual three.
