Daily health tip: Get a pet

Check with your carrier first to make sure it’s OK, but having a pet can be a good thing. Yes, pets are a responsibility, but caring for one makes you feel needed and loved. There is no love quite as unconditional as the love a pet can give. Animals require exercise, so that can help get you outside some. Meeting new people could become easier, too, because pets tend to attract other animal lovers.
