Do you find those fruits and vegetables the doctors recommend in your diet to be too bland? Remember, fruits don’t include just apples and bananas, try mango, pineapples or kiwi for a different, more exotic taste. Think of creative ways to make those bland foods appealing to you. Instead of eating those bland green beans or munching on a banana, make a fruit salad or try grilling or steaming your vegetables. You may be surprised at the difference in the tastes.
