What does it mean when you say you’re on a diet? Are you cutting calories, fat or counting carbohydrates? Be specific with yourself. Familiarize yourself with diet plans and decide what is best for you and your body. Knowing what you are cutting or counting in your diet makes things a whole lot simpler.
