Daily health tip: Phone a friend

Being alone on the road allows loneliness to creep into your life. Luckily, there is an easy way to connect with others without seeing them. Pick up that phone and call a friend or family member. With you on the road a good bit, they are sure to enjoy hearing from you just as you much as you enjoy talking with them. Keep in touch with those who mean something to you.
