Include at least one or two varied fresh or canned fish meals per week. This is a great substitute for beef and can help protect you from heart disease. Fish on the road can be easy, too. Try some canned tuna fish on wheat bread with light mayonnaise and you’ve found yourself a tasty low-calorie, easy-to-make lunch.
