Daily health tip: Try substituting

Restaurants, whether fast food or sit-down, often have lower-calorie substitutes of their food. For example, before ordering the fried chicken, ask if the restaurant has a grilled option. The restaurant may not have it listed as an option on that particular item but may still have grilled chicken available. Don’t be afraid to speak up and ask. You might just save yourself several calories and some saturated fat.
