I'm Just Say'n
Lite relationship advice for truckers

Doing a man’s job!
Dear Carolyn,
I am an attractive, (according to others) single, 32 year-old truck driver. I’m good at my job and work long hours like everyone else. My problem is that men in this industry don’t take me seriously. They either think I am soliciting or going to crash my truck into a wall. I try to ignore them but sometimes I feel like quitting and doing something easier–like coal minning.
Wanda
Dear Wanda,
Women have to do everything twice as well as the men in this industry. Luckily, that’s not too difficult!
HA! Hang in there lady! You sound like you have it going on. Don’t listen to the haters.
I’m just say’n,
Carolyn

I have to say I have been doing this since 1985, back then there were a few women (mostly wives) but hardly as many as there are now that actually drive. Personally I have no problem with women driving a truck, some are a lot better than I am I’m sure. It just depends on the driver. Like Carolyn says Hang in there and do what you do. As for the men just ask them what’s a matter, they can’t hang with a girl or are they just jealous cause you look good while you do it better than them?
Keep trucking they just ragging u to have fun goto fb truckers united talk to my wanda
