Eat This, Not That: Hardee’s biscuits

When it comes to breakfast, it is hard to resist a made-from-scratch biscuit. Hardee’s offers their own Made from Scratch biscuits that can include gravy, sausage or a pork chop. While adding all those together may seem like a great breakfast combo, it is a bad idea when attempting to eat healthy. The meats and gravy are high in calories, so let’s see how the Pork Chop ‘N’ Gravy Biscuit stacks up against the company’s Cinnamon ‘N’ Raisin Biscuit.
