The Garmin Forerunner records time, distance, pace, calories burned and heart rate and transfers the data to a computer wirelessly, allowing you to review and compare workouts. The watch can be used for running or cycling. Virtual Partner, courses and workouts are available to transfer from your computer to the watch, allowing you to compete against previous workouts or follow a course of your choice.
