FleetPride acquires Midway Truck Parts

Truck and trailer parts distributor FleetPride bought Midway Truck Parts, the Woodlands, Texas-based company announced.
The purchase will give the company 13 locations in Illinois and one in St. Louis, Mo. Four of the Illinois locations offer drive-in service. The Midway Trailer Sales and Service division is not part of the purchase and will still operate independently.
