Good choice, Bad choice: Domino’s Pizza

Domino’s Pizza is the fail-safe plan for a quick, last-minute family or party-size meal. Even though pizza should be eaten in moderation, it’s hard to control the temptation of choosing among endless combinations of crusts, sauces and toppings.
Good choice: Grilled Chicken and Veggies Pizza
Bad choice: Sausage and Cheese Pizza
Calories and Fat: The Grilled Chicken and Veggies Pizza has 200 calories and 7g of fat per slice, compared to the Sausage and Cheese Pizza’s 380 calories and 18.5g of fat.
Difference: A deep-dish pizza covered in sausage and cheese has 180 calories and 11 grams more than a hand-tossed pizza topped with grilled chicken, onions and mushrooms. Because it’s almost impossible to eat a one slice serving size of pizza, make the indulgence healthier. Opt for thin crust, which saves more than 90 calories. Better yet, build your pizza with no cheese for a meal that won’t strain your diet.
