ToughTested has introduced a new line of audio earbuds are specifically designed to reduce environmental noise in occupational and demanding lifestyle conditions, including ones aimed at professional drivers.
Introduced at last month’s Mid-America Trucking Show in Louisville, Ky., The Driver model, according to the company, provides, “Comfort, clear sound, noise reduction and hands free convenience so you can keep your eyes on the road and ears on your conversation.”
The other models include:
● The Jobsite – Design and utility for tough jobs and noisy urban areas.
● The Marine –Waterproof for boating, fishing and exposure to the elements.
● The Ranger – Constructed for those who enjoy rugged play pursuits like hunting, fishing and camping.
All four models of these headphones offer rugged designs, and carry Environmental Protection Administration ratings that guarantee that they reduce environmental noise by as much as 30 percent, said a statement from the company.
ToughTested says that in addition to the noise reduction feature, they also offer decibel limited sound for hearing protection. Two of the models feature a patent pending, proprietary technology called EQVoice that optimizes sound for music or voice calls at the flip of a switch.
