Hands folded in prayerThe 18th Annual National Day of Prayer for Truckers will be held at 10 a.m. Sunday, March 26 in the Papa John’s Stadium parking lot after the Mid-American Trucking Show in Louisville. It’s conducted by Truckstop Ministries, Inc.

Joe Hunter, president of Truckstop Ministries, Inc. will lead the prayer. He invites truckers who cannot attend the Sunday service to stop for a moment at 10 a.m. local time, to pray for truckers and their families.

Singer and songwriter Mark Hewitt will perform at the MATS gathering.

Nineteen years ago Hunter met Bob Hataway at MATS, and together planned the first National Day of Prayer for Truckers.

The event is sponsored by Hunter with Truckstop Ministries Inc, Hataway with TransAlive USA, and Tim Young, CEO of MATS.
