TravelCenters of America has opened its newest TA full-service travel center at exit 230 off I-65 in DeMotte, Ind. The location was previously operated as Gas City, and was purchased by TA in May.
“We are very excited to be able to fly the TA flag in DeMotte. This facility is now shining, and all of its employees are beaming and ready to continue bringing our guests the best customer service on the interstate,” said Tom O’Brien, TA president and CEO.
TA’s improvements at the location include a renovation of the full-service restaurant, parking lot resurfacing and complete replacement of the fuel island pad and a fully automated shower system. On-island, single-dispenser bulk DEF is expected to be added soon.
