On Thursday, Jan. 26, Taco Bell will begin serving the Naked Chicken Chalupa. We’ll let Taco Bell explain:

“The shell is made with four ounces of marinated, all-white-meat, antibiotic-free* chicken kicked up with bold Mexican spices and seasoning, and is packed with fresh shredded lettuce, diced ripe tomatoes, cheddar cheese and creamy avocado ranch.”

Yes, there is no traditional taco shell with ingredients stuffed in it. Instead, the “shell” is made of the chicken.

You can take it for a test taste for $2.99.

But, if you’re trying to keep your New Year’s resolutions intact, here are some slightly wiser fast food choices.
