When you have downtime, point to something within a 5-minute walking distance and walk to it. Then walk back. Then do the same thing again. Two laps yields 20 minutes of walking and doesn’t consume much time.

This applies to both good dieting days and poor ones. Don’t sit back and ride a good few days of exercise for weeks, but (more importantly) don’t dwell on a bad eating day too long and let it derail your efforts even more.
