Ramp closures on Interstate 225 in the Denver area will begin Sept. 25 and continue until Oct. 2, as the Colorado Department of Transportation is reconstructing and paving various ramps at the I-225/Alameda Avenue interchange.
On Sept. 25, the ramp from northbound I-225 to Alameda Avenue will be closed from 7 a.m. to noon. Drivers on northbound I-225 can exit at Mississippi Avenue and go east to Sable Boulevard and north to Alameda Avenue.
Sunday, September 26th through Saturday, October 2.
Starting at 7 p.m. on Sept. 26, the on-ramp from Alameda Avenue to southbound I-225 will be closed for one week to reconstruct the concrete. The ramp is scheduled to reopen by 7 p.m. on Oct. 2. Drivers can take Sable Boulevard south to Mississippi Avenue and west to I-225.
