Valentine’s Day Plan for Single Trucker

Dear Carolyn,

Have I told you lately how much I hate Valentine’s Day? This year, instead of complaining that I don’t have a boyfriend, I’m planning to celebrate Discount Chocolate Wednesday!

Let the chocolate frenzy begin!

Single and Not Sorry

Dear No Sorrows,

Sounds like a good plan to me!

I’m just say’n

Carolyn

Hi James,Since you have been unemployed you suohld check into WIA, Workforce grants. The grants are available to people depending on household income. Call your local unemployment office and ask them about WIA. If you are eligible the grant will pay for your schooling and you will not have to pay it back. Some of the WIA office are out of funding but it is worth a try since it will pay for your course.Good luck and drive safe,Tanya

HOWARD Cabover’s are the best for most applications from tight city work to over the road. Much more caloortfbme riding, with superior visiability. My last new truck was a Freightliner FLD 120 which was just great, wonderful ride and the 500 Detroit was fantastic. I agree the fewer speed transmissions have little or no value. An RTO 12513 Fuller is a great transmission for all applications. Regarding this BOSE seat, more complexity for little return. Cannot wait until it needs repair and then try to find someone that has even heard of a $6,000 Bose seat. They say in the article it will be shopped to fleets first, yeah I can just see fleets dropping $6,000.00 in a driver’s seat. When that happens, we will have to duck our heads so the flying pigs won’t run into us. Best always… July 30 2010 at 7:33 PM rate up rate down
