Police in Michigan said they do not expect foul play after finding 41-year-old truck driver Patrick Paul Weinheimer dead Feb. 21 after he went missing Feb. 13.

The Metro Police Authority of Genesee County northwest of Detroit located Weinheimer in a secluded area near where’d he’d last been seen after an extensive search involving ground officers, several K-9 units, the Michigan State Police helicopter, and horse-mounted officers. After a preliminary investigation, police said no foul play is suspected. Further investigation is pending autopsy results, according to a news release from police.

Weinheimer was last seen Feb. 13 around 12:30 a.m. at the Speedway filling station in Mundy Township, Michigan, at US 23 and Grand Blanc Road. Weinheimer did not make his final delivery that night, his family told WNEM.

His truck was found at a Shell gas station across the street from the Speedway with the keys in the ignition and Weinheimer’s home keys, wallet and cell phone in the truck. Police said Weinheimer was considered “endangered” because of the state his truck was found in.
