Cobra, the electronics giant known by many professional drivers for their CB radios, also has a line of dash cameras that provide essential information and provide a video recording of any incident should one occur.
The top of the line is the Cobra SC 400. It has a polarized lens and records in Ultra HD 4K to ensure you have all of the details of any incident. It also has Alexa built in so you hands-free access to the internet.
The SC 400 also can be paired with a rear-facing camera and a camera recording inside the cab to provide greater video coverage from several perspectives. Both of these are sold separately.
Cobra's SC 400 also monitors your truck even while parked. When paired with Cobra's app (available for Apple CarPlay or Android Auto) it also provides real-time alerts for highway conditions as well red light and speed camera locations.
Like other of Cobra's dash cams, the SC 400 automatically sends a Mayday alert if a significant impact is detected.
