If you stream your entertainment from Netflix, April’s going to be a good month for you. The service offers a mix of classics, new original programming and plenty of content you may have grown to enjoy — or maybe you missed — on TV.
Highlights include:
Bandolero, the 1968 western starring Jimmie Stewart, Dean Martin, George Kennedy and Raquel Welch;
All Hail King Julien, an original animated series starring King Julie, the wise-cracking king of the lemurs from the three Madagascar films. (Note: Danny Jacobs does the king’s voice instead of Sacha Baron Cohen, who portrayed the king in the movies.)
Hot Fuzz, the British comedy duo of Simon Pegg and Nick Frost (who last we saw in Shaun of the Dead) return as cops trying to solve crime in a small village.
National Treasure, features Nicholas Cage as a historian in search of treasure who has to steal the Declaration of Independence to find what he seeks.
