A truck driving program in rural western Alaska was recently certified by the Professional Truck Driver Institute, according to a story by KYUK Public Media.

The program is located in Bethel at the Yuut Elitnaurviat vocational school.

Twenty-four men and women have graduated from the six-week program. It prepares students to drive not only in Alaska, but in the lower 48 states and Canada.
