Hub Group, a supply chain solutions provider headquartered in Oak Brook, Illinois, recently announced a new pay package for its regional drivers.
The new package starts drivers at 60 cents per mile with the ability for drivers to receive yearly pay increases. Regional drivers driving 2,200-2,400 miles weekly can expect to earn $75,000 or more annually, according to the company. Hub Group also offers drivers a $6,000 sign on bonus, 401k plan, and competitive benefits package.
“We believe that drivers are key to a successful supply chain. Our goal is to provide drivers with more work/life balance and premium pay” said John Vesco, executive vice president of Hub Group. “We’re excited that the new pay package solidifies Hub Group as a carrier that values our drivers and pays at the top of the industry.”
To drive for Hub Group, applicants must have a valid Class A CDL, be at least 23 years old and have six months of verifiable tractor trailer experience.
