One private fleet driver was honored for his accomplishments behind the wheel at a rather unlikely place.
Recently, members of the California Highway Patrol's Cottonwood Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility honored Walmart Transportation driver Paul Mitchell for reaching 4 million miles of accident-free driving.
Mitchell was greeted by local first responders, Walmart employees and members of the local chamber of commerce.
The Cottonwood Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility is located off Interstate 5 in northern California.
