Singer/songwriter Lindsay Lawler at the 2016 Walcott truckers Jamboree
Lindsay Lawler took over the main stage of the Walcott Truckers Jamboree at the Iowa 80 Truckstop Saturday, July 16, the closing afternoon of the event. She turned in her typical spirited performance with her tribute to truckers, “I Drive,” and a solid cover of “Don’t Stop Believin’.” Here’s a quick cruise through part of Lawler’s set. During her set she hinted she will be back on tour next summer with several bands. Personally, we think Lawler could easily reboot “I Drive,” as “She Drives.” Just a thought.
