The award recognizes agents who have improved performance in eight moving industry categories: summer capacity growth, hauling growth, book/haul ratio, safety/CSA, customer service ratings, claims frequency, claim severity and sales growth. An agent receives a Pursuit of Excellence award based on the number of objectives met during the year.
