The Steel Woods and Tony Justice perform at MATS free concert

Southern rockers The Steel Woods will headline this year's Friday night free concert at the Mid-America Trucking Show next month in Louisville, Kentucky. 

They will be joined by perennial favorite Tony Justice, a full-time trucker and successful country singer/songwriter.

The free concert will be held Friday, March 22 at 7 p.m. in Freedom Hall of the Kentucky Expo Center. Tickets are available at the Bennett Family of Companies, the sponsor of the concert.

The Steel Woods has toured in support of artists such as Lynyrd Skynyrd, Dwight Yoakam, Jamey Johnson, Cody Jinks, Miranda Lambert, and Blackberry Smoke.

In 2021, Jason "Rowdy" Cope, one of the band's co-founders died. The Rowdy Memorial Fund aids people suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder.

Justice's Greatest Shifts CD contains 21 hits and six new songs, according to his website.
