If your driving life takes you on a portion of a major interstate in the southwest, be prepared to see more than a normal complement of law enforcement personnel.
From Wednesday through Sunday the Nevada Highway Patrol and California Highway Patrol will join forces for stepped up traffic law enforcement during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.
The Interstate 15 corridor at the state line will be a zero-tolerance area for speed, reckless and impaired driving, distracted driving and all other hazardous violations,
The Nevada Highway Patrol said it will be enforcing hazardous driving violations between the Nevada-California state line to St. Rose Parkway.
