Now we know at least one corporation has a sense of humor.

The other day we posted a story about how a shipment of 413,793 Kit Kat bars were stolen while en route from Italy to Poland, and how the truck went missing.

Well, Kit Kat Canada responded with a brief video showing a bright red Kit Kat box truck flanked by four black SUVs, the kind that might accompany a head of state or wealthy oligarch, rolling through the streets of Toronto.

Authorities in Europe continue investigating the original heist.

The value of the stolen candy is about $400,000. It seems as though these particular Kit Kats were branded with a Formula 1 theme, adding to their value.
