
Hirschbach Motor Lines late last month announced a significant driver pay increase as part of what the company said is its "ongoing commitment to investing in the professional drivers who are the foundation of the company's success."
Under the plan, OTR company and OTR lease drivers will receive a total 10 cents per mile increase over the coming months. In addition to the OTR increases, compensation adjustments will also be implemented across Hirschbach's regional, local, and dedicated operations.
