There's a new resource available for members of the trucking industry.

The African American Women Trucking Association has unveiled its new digital hub, which the association said "is designed to make it easier to discover the stories, resources, opportunities, and conversations that matter to our community. All in one convenient place.

"Whether you’re behind the wheel, behind the desk, building a business, developing your career, or supporting the transportation industry, there’s something here for you."

AAWTA said the new website includes information on:

  • Health & Wellness: Practical articles and resources created with the well-being of drivers and transportation professionals in mind.
  • Events: Stay connected to upcoming AAWTA events, educational opportunities, community gatherings, spotlights, and event resources.
  • Education & Opportunity: Explore educational articles, training and development opportunities, career resources, scholarships, and upcoming educational events.
  • Media Updates: Catch up on AAWTA press releases, podcast recaps, important updates, and stories you may have missed.

The AAWTA said the new platform isn’t replacing the association's main website. The organization said "it’s another way to help our community quickly discover what’s happening and connect directly with the resources, programs, events, and opportunities available through AAWTA."
