Blake Nelson was driving cross country when he saw a man hot-wire and steal his truck and its $125,000 load of shingles in Oklahoma City last week. Nelson did what many might want to do but few who really would: He gave chase and called the police. Nelson caught up to him just in time to see the thief ditch the truck and run off.
