A truck carrying dog food Sunday, Feb. 26 crashed on the Indiana Toll Road, snarling traffic for several hours. Indiana State Police say the truck struck an SUV, tipped over and spilled its load. WNDU TV reports two people in the SUV were taken to the hospital, but the truck’s driver was uninjured. The accident occurred in LaPorte County west of South Bend and south of Lake Michigan.
