Flooding can’t close this Nebraska truck stop

This has been a brutal spring for much of the Midwest. Tornadoes, heavy rains, and flooding have wreaked havoc for residents and truckers driving through the region. Six inches of rain that fell over three days earlier this week left the Jay Brothers Truck Stop off Interstate 80 in Overton, Nebraska surrounded by about 18 inches of water. But, it remained open.
