Truckers give cancer patient sendoff to treatment

Mississippi truckers proved they have big hearts as they lined up to show their support for a friend beginning a battle with osteosarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer. More than 50 truckers lined up along Highway 61 near Rolling Fork to give 20-year-old Chandler Ross a heartfelt send-off as he left his home to go to St. Jude Hospital in Tennessee last month. Here’s how it looked.
