When store-bought pizzas won’t do the job, you can make your own in the truck’s slow cooker.

No, you really can!

All you need is Italian sausage, Pillsbury refrigerated thin pizza crust, pizza sauce, bell pepper, chopped onion and shredded mozzarella cheese. You’ll need a cook top to fry the sausage, but can swap it for pepperoni slices if you don’t have one available.

This is a quick recipe, taking only about two hours total. It preps in about 25 minutes. If you’re not a fan of the recipe’s suggested toppings, you can tweak the recipe and substitute your favorite toppings.

See Betty Crocker for the full recipe, including ingredients and cooking instructions.
