The Power Wheel is designed to be used on either the feet or the hands. It challenges the upper and lower abdominal, obliques and back. The Power Wheel includes a 14” wheel that can be used indoors or outdoors. The foot pedals come with velcro toe fasteners and latex looped heel fasteners for a snug fit. It also includes an extended axle with soft cushioned foam handles for extra comfort when using on your hands.
