Bandit Trans Am sold at auction.
A 1977 black Pontiac Tans Am owned by the Bandit himself, actor Burt Reynolds, was sold at auction last week for $181,900.
The car, almost identical to the one Reynolds drove in Smokey & The Bandit, was the top seller at the Carlisle spring Auction in Carlisle, Penn. April 24.
It came with a hat and jacket from the movie and the car was autographed by Reynolds.
Last year Reynolds sold off hundreds of personal items including n extensive art collection as well as Hollywood, sporting and western memorabilia.
