The American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI) recently released its annual list of the 100 most congested highway intersections in the U.S.
Where is the worst stretch of interstate?Now the website Thrillist has issued a list of the 10 worst interstates in the U.S. Using its own formula, Thrillist created a Total Horribleness Index, which ranked a dozen bad locations on what it called “… the soul-crushing, rage-inducing cauldron that is the American interstate system.”
