Director Steven Spielberg‘s dramatic thriller Bridge of Spies, starring Tom Hanks, was released on DVD and Blu-ray Feb. 2.
The drama plays off of historic events, as Brooklyn lawyer James Donovan finds himself in business with the CIA during the throes of the Cold War.
The CIA sends Donovan to negotiate the release of an American U-2 pilot, who was captured. In exchange for the American pilot, Donovan offers Rudolf Abel, a Soviet KGB spy held by the United States. Inspired by true events, the drama takes viewers on a thrill ride full of high stakes and suspense.
Mark Rylance, Scott Shepherd, Amy Ryan, Sebastian Koch and Alan Alda also star in the film, which sells for $26.99 on Blu-ray and $16.99 on DVD.
