Your slow cooker can make more than just dinner. It’s possible to make warm apple cider in your truck with your slow cooker’s help.

This recipe isn’t fully homemade since it calls for store bought apple cider. But it expands on that apple cider to make a new recipe altogether. It calls for 10 apples, one large orange, brown sugar, water, ground cinnamon, ground allspice and whole cloves, in addition to the cider it uses as a base.

This recipe yields 10 servings and cooks in about three hours. See the complete recipe, including ingredients and cooking instructions, on The Recipe Critic.
